What we collect,
and why.

Workload Relief LLC ("we," "us," or "our") builds and runs follow-up tools for small businesses: missed-call text back, Google review requests, and websites. This page explains what information we collect from you, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
When you reach out to us, or we reach out to you, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The name of your business and the kind of work it does
- Anything you write to us in a message or through our contact form
- The date and time you contacted us
If you fill out one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the answers you typed there. That is usually your name, phone number, email address, and what kind of work you do.
2. How we use it
We use your information to answer you and to run the services you asked about. That means things like:
- Responding to a question you sent through our contact form or one of our ads
- Calling, texting, or emailing you back about your inquiry
- Setting up and running your service once you become a customer
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it out. And we do not use it for anything unrelated to the services above.
3. Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us do the work:
- Twilio, the platform that delivers our text messages
- Google, whose analytics tool is described in the next section
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): if you fill out one of our lead forms there, Meta collects your answers under its own privacy policy and passes them to us
We never sell or trade your information to anyone.

4. Website analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics, a tool from Google that helps us understand how visitors use the site. It collects things like which pages are visited, how long a visit lasts, and the general region a visit comes from. It does not collect your name, phone number, or address.
Google Analytics works using cookies, which are small files stored in your browser. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and this site will still work normally. Google also offers a free browser add-on that switches Google Analytics off entirely, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. Texts from us, and how to stop them
If we text you, it is because you contacted us or asked us to. You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Message frequency varies, but a conversation usually means a handful of messages, not a stream. We do not send mass text blasts. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Texts sent for the businesses we serve
Our day job is running text messaging for other small businesses. If a business you hired sends you texts through us, that business decides what gets sent, and its own privacy policy covers those messages. Replying STOP to any of those texts stops them too, and you can always contact us directly if you need help.
7. Keeping your information safe
We use reasonable measures to protect your information: secure platforms, restricted access, and storing as little as the job needs. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we treat your information the way we want ours treated.
